- The VIP Experience DOES NOT include a ticket to the show, all VIP Experience Attendees must have a ticket to the show in order to participate in the VIP Experience.
- Each person attending the VIP Experience must have their own ticket.
- The VIP Experiences can take place before or after the show. VIP Experience ticket holders will be notified prior to event.
- A representative of the Band will contact all VIP Experience Attendees no later than the day of the show and provide the specific VIP Experience time and location.
- The purchaser of the VIP Experience ticket(s) will provide a primary email address and cell phone number at the time of purchase in order to receive VIP Experience communications.
- Purchaser -preferably at time of purchase- will also provide the name(s) of those who will be participating in the VIP Experience.
- The Band reserves the right to substitute any item(s) at any time based on availability.
- Not receiving any given item(s) in your VIP Experience does not entitle you to a refund or a discount.
- Any questions regarding tickets, age restrictions, set times, or any other non-VIP Experience issues should be directed to the venue.
- Failure to provide sufficient and accurate contact information at time of purchase may cause you to miss important information and thus completely miss your VIP Experience.
- Failure to have a ticket for the show may cause you to be excluded from your VIP Experience.
- Missing your VIP Experience for either failure to provide sufficient and accurate contact information at time of purchase or failure to have a ticket to the show will not entitle the VIP Experience Attendee to a refund.
- BY PURCHASING AND/OR ATTENDING ANY VIP EXPERIENCE EVENT, the VIP Experience Attendee and any guests grant the use of their name, voice and likeness to JRGW Media, Jack Russell's Great White and the individual Band members in perpetuity.
- BY PURCHASING AND/OR ATTENDING ANY VIP EXPERIENCE EVENT, THE VIP EXPERIENCE ATTENDEE AND ANY GUESTS AGREE TO WHOLLY ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY LOSS OR INJURY OF ANY DEGREE AND SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO RELEASE JRGW MEDIA, JACK RUSSELL'S GREAT WHITE AND THE INDIVIDUAL BAND MEMBERS AND BAND STAFF FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR SUCH EVENTS.
All VIP Experiences are sold on a final sale basis. Absolutely no refunds, discounts, or exchanges will be allowed.
